It’s believed this is a photograph of a street dealer during a transaction of the “Blue” nanobot fluid which police are calling “extremely dangerous and addictive”.
The nanobot fluid is believed to let its users connect directly to the A.I. mainframe and experience an “all-knowing state” leading to temporary euphoria.
